Process:
A logo design concept will need to be provided by you within 24hrs of placing your order. Once you provide the concept idea/image samples we will start to work on your design. We will provide four sample designs based on the concept provided in which you'll need to choose your most preferred design. Once your most preferred design has been chosen you will have unlimited revisions to make on the logo design until we get it right for you, these revisions cover font style, colour and placement.
Once your design has been completed you will be provided with a black, white and colour of choice version and we will also provide you with the following logo formats which will be sent to your email:
JPEG
For display purposes, attahced with a background.
This is for large scale printing (e.g. billboards and banners) and is also the original editing file in case you ever need to edit your design.
PSD
This is for large scale printing (e.g. billboards and banners) and is also the original editing file in case you ever need to edit your design.
PNG
This will allow you to place your design on pretty much anything, e.g. T-shirts, Pictures, Videos and more with a transparent background. This is great for watermarking.

Refund Policy

Primary Logo Design
A primary logo is your main logo design everyone recognises and is the face of your brand.
Secondary Logo Design
A secondary logo is your sister logo which is used to abbreviate your primary logo. Incase your primary logo can’t fit onto or within something your secondary logo is the back up. Your secondary logo will be designed based on the aesthetics of your primary logo.
